Our company’s mission is to provide quality unique custom pieces of handcrafted furniture and accessories to those who respect what we do. Founded in 2014, our shop is located in the Rail Arts District within Avondale Estates. We have been inspired to make something that lasts. It's time we build something that the next generation can enjoy and be proud of.
The Jack Ellis Company aims to design and build handcrafted one-of-a-kind furniture by re-using, recycling, reclaiming and repurposing salvaged wood and other materials. Our work is a tribute to the American craftsman. We promise sustainability, quality craftsmanship, good and simple design, uniqueness, and 100% made in America through and through. Our experience as artist, designer, craftsman and editor has encouraged us to offer high-quality bespoke pieces that are classic, and fresh, modern, and rustic.
Our inspiration draws from a rugged gentleman quality, an appreciation for a good cocktail, sophistication for sleek minimalism meets natural warm materials. Our furniture carries the history of its past with it. We are Southern based. Our customers buy local, and wish to replace their mass produced lesser quality foreign furniture with ours. They will care because our furniture is sourced, designed, executed and sold locally, thus having a smaller financial and environmental impact. We provide the best quality for the best price.
